Steve has over 30 years of leadership experience working with a variety of organizations including private practices, hospital systems, and academic settings. In addition to a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology, Steve has a master’s degree in business administration and recently completed his Doctorate in Health Sciences with an emphasis in leadership and organization behavior. He is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives as well as the American College of Health Care Executives and is a contributing author and speaker with the Medical Group Management Association. Steve’s doctoral research centered around reducing clinician and leadership burnout and ways to reinvigorate personal engagement and well-being.
