Employee engagement and staff retention are more important than ever in an era of high turnover, increasing levels of burnout, stagnant reimbursements and rising operational costs in healthcare. In this session, attendees will learn what employees need to thrive at work and five areas in which employee engagement can be enhanced. These principles will result in increased employee retention, patient satisfaction, improved quality of care and decreased labor costs.
