Mayo Clinic Health System recently carried out an administrative reorganization across facilities covering more than 2 million patient visits annually carried out by more than 1,000 physicians, 4,000 nurses and 14,000 allied health staff. This session will share lessons learned and specific staff feedback gathered regarding the significant shift from site to service line management across the entire system. This re-organization aligns with our Bold. Forward. 2030 Strategy and will allow us to continue to grow our service offerings, expand access and provide unique offerings to the populations we serve. Panel discussion will follow the presentation to dive deeper on lessons learned and advice for others facing similar challenges of redundant infrastructure, rising operational costs and management of a complex system spanning multiple cities and states.
