Elaine Fleck, MD, MPH is the Vice President andRegional Executive Medical Director for the Division of Community and Population Health inclusive of the Ambulatory Care Network at New York Presbyterian Hospital and an Associate Professor of Medicine at New York Presbyterian-Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. In her role she oversees the clinical operational activities of fourteen primary care practices, and more than sixty-five specialty care practices of the New York-Presbyterian Hospital Ambulatory Care Network within the Washington Heights, Inwood (WHI) communities. She has extensive clinical experience working as an internist and clinical educator. As part of the leadership team Dr. Fleck works to support the clinical teams, focusing on best practices, quality and social determinants of health. Recently, Dr. Fleck was elected as a Fellow for the NYC Academy of Medicine. Dr. Fleck received her M.D. from Case Western Reserve School of Medicine in Cleveland Ohio, and her MPH at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. This year, she is the Committee Chair for the Physician Office Practice Committee of MCIC.
