Regional Chair - Administration

Eric Crockett is the Regional Chair – Administration for the Southeast Region of the Mayo Clinic Health System. This includes oversight of the administrative staff and functions in the region. This region includes 4 hospital sites as well as clinic operations in a number of surrounding communities. This region employs 3,000 people across this broad geography.
In previous roles at Mayo, Eric served as the vice chair, Midwest Region, for Provider Relations. In this role, he led the administrative structure for the Provider Relations staff and the Mayo Clinic Care Network members in the Midwest. Additionally, he has served as the administrator for the Department of Neurology on the Rochester campus, working on neurology service line development and integration activities.
Mr. Crockett has also served as director of Radiology and has spent the last 20 years of his career in health care administration, primarily in Radiology. Mr. Crockett’s undergraduate degree is from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn., and his graduate degree in Business is from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minn.
Mr. Crockett is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives and a member of the MGMA-ACMPE National Board of Directors. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member with both the University of St. Francis and Augsburg College.
