Suzanne Roelof has more than 25 years of healthcare management and operational experience. She has been the Chief Operating Officer and Division Manager of the Community Health Centers of Lane County since March 2022. Prior to that time, Ms. Roelof held various leadership roles for multi-specialty practices in the private sector in Oregon and Colorado. Her career has spanned all areas of medical management including Specialty Care Operations, Primary Care Operations, Innovation and Care Transformation, Revenue Cycle management, computer software implementation, and outpatient rehabilitation management. She has worked in service lines including Primary Care, Pediatrics, Otolaryngology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Interventional Pain Management, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, and Endocrinology.
Ms. Roelof overseas the operations of each of the CHCLC program areas and distinct clinic locations as well as leading the CHCLC Division. She supports program areas throughout the organization including dental prevention, pediatric, family practice, internal medicine, integrated behavioral health; and school based health care with a focus on students and families. Ms. Roelof experience and success has been built on a strong emphasis in servant leadership and operational innovation.
Ms. Roelof received a Masters of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Health Care Management from California Coast University. She received a B.A. degree from the University of Connecticut with a major in Fine Arts.
