Jill Berger-Fiffy, MHA, FACMPE (she/her/hers)

Ms. Berger-Fiffy has more than 30 years of experience in medical practice management and hospital administration. Her experience includes patient access, clinical and revenue cycle operations, finance, strategic planning, and project management. She has managed numerous, large-scale business initiatives from inception to implementation. Additionally, she has conducted numerous revenue cycle and operational assessments and has helped organizations to optimize their people, process, and technology structures.
Ms. Berger-Fiffy is a Fellow with the American College of Medical Practice Executives since 2014. She currently is severing on the MGMA Scholarship Committee, the Editorial Advisory Committee for the Connection Magazine and the Fellowship Papers Review committee. She has held numerous leadership positions for the MA/RI MGMA including five years on the Board of Directors and the office of President. Jill is certified in Epic ARCR Professional Billing Insurance Follow Up and in Six Sigma/Lean.
