She founded Optimize Healthcare and its signature Day Zero Blueprint™ program to help leaders create personal and team transformations so they can stop leading alone and have teams that lead with them to optimize results, without burnout. She is also working on her first book: Stop Leading Alone, Start Building Teams that Lead with You.
Adrienne is a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Lean/Six Sigma Expert and serves as a consultant with MGMA. She also loves spending time with her two kids, traveling, meeting new people, and finding new adventures.
