Andrew Hajde, CMPE, is a highly qualified healthcare professional with over 25 years of industry experience. As the Director of Content & Consulting at MGMA, Andrew has held numerous high-level operations management positions and has a proven track record of success.

Prior to joining MGMA, Andrew served as the supervisor for 14 medical practices, overseeing 78 providers and 200+ employees for a Fortune 100 healthcare company. The practices under his supervision included a wide range of specialties, including internal medicine, OB/GYN, urology, endocrine, radiation oncology, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, vein surgery, bariatric surgery, cardio-thoracic surgery, and cardiology.

In addition to his managerial experience, Andrew has also worked in various other operational and medical billing-related management roles and has opened or acquired 25 medical practices. He has a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning, benchmarking, revenue cycle, operational improvement, employee and manager development, and strategic marketing. Andrew is a certified CMPE and is known for his dedication to improving healthcare operations and helping others succeed.
