Sue Fletcher, RN, is a Principal with The Chartis Group. She has fifteen years of healthcare management consulting experience advising community and academic health systems on various strategic planning and performance initiatives. Her recent work has focused on care model redesign, expanding enterprise wide patient access and capacity, managing the pre- and post-merger integration of large health systems, and realigning organizational structures.
Prior to joining Chartis, Sue was at Sg2, where she developed analytic tools for strategic planners and worked with health systems to better understand and anticipate market changes relating to primary and post-acute network development. Sue has also worked as a registered nurse at a behavioral health clinic in the Chicagoland area.
Sue holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in economics from the Wharton School, as well as a Bachelor of Nursing from the Nursing School at the University of Pennsylvania.
